It was fine until pick up I don’t have a team I’m a director. It was explained to the lady she keep asking what grade we had to go to another lady and she seemed to have found it. As a customer i asked to come pick it up just because of this reason right here. I understand that it’s a lot of people but customer service is everything and if there is no team or grade attach it should be put in an convenient area to be located she made it seem like it’s my fault. Not too happy with the service.

I absolutely loved this sweatshirt! From the moment I put it on I knew I would be going to be wearing it often. The vinyl on the front is big and I thought I might not like it, but the sweatshirt is so soft it didn't bother me at all. I have been almost every day since. Definitely would recommend!
